A seven week Food Technology package of a word document recipe list that can be emailed to parents and individual Powerpoint lesson instructions to go with the recipes. I used this with Year 8 in October 2023 but it would also work with Year 9. The recipes are - Caesar Salad, oat crumble, Quesadillas, Breakfast Muffins or Chocolate muffins, noodle salad, mini quiche and pancakes. The recipes have been tried and tested and all worked successfully with my students.

A project to design and make a small wooden boat. A 12 lesson project consisting of a work book of tasks and drawings, backed up with a Powerpoint. Research and Inspiration Specification Initial Ideas Final Isometric drawing

A 6-8 lesson project to design and make an animal out of wood and junk metal objects. 6 slides of junk animal images to be used as inspiration. 1 printable design ideas sheet.

KS3 Design and Technology Medium Term Plan incorporating Resistant materials and Graphics projects. Written aims and objectives plus exemplar images. The plan details 9 termly projects overall with 3 projects a year for Years 7, 8 and 9.
